The General Store reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time, and you should constantly check the current terms and conditions. The General Store reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove, or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by The General Store, but paid for, will receive a full refund.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from The General Store website.

We understand the importance of protecting your privacy and appreciate that you trust us with your information. We promise to keep all information private, and to not share, rent or sell your personal information. We do not record credit card information. We will only collect the information you give us using an opt-in policy. 

All information you provide helps with your customer support, processing your online purchase, and providing future information which may be of relevance to you. 

If you have signed up to our mailing list or loyalty programme and no longer wish to be a part of it, please email us at generalstore@pandk.co.nz and we will remove your details.

The General Store adheres to the requirement of the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. 

Payment and Currency

• We accept payment via Credit Card and Debit Card using Stripe.
• We also offer Afterpay as a payment option.  This is conducted by a third party where upon you provide them with the payment information.  They will charge you over 4 weeks, and we will send your purchase immediately.
• All product pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and includes goods and services tax (GST).
• “Martinborough Grocery Limited” will appear on cardholder statements for any credit card transactions made through this website.

Product Descriptions

The General Store and its suppliers attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products detailed on the site pandkgeneralstore.co.nz. However, The General Store does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, reliable, current, complete, or error-free. If a product offered by The General Store itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition, for refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense.

The General Store aims to accurately display the colours of all products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
