Loyalty Rewards

Here at The General Store, we want to say thank you for shopping with us! 

With our loyalty programme every $1 spent either in store or online earns you 1 point.  When 500 points have been earnt, you will receive a $50 voucher to use on your next purchase. You can earn more points by completing your customer profile, following us on Instagram, liking us on Facebook, referring friends, and when it's your birthday. 

Your points remain active for 12 months after your last full price purchase in store or online. If within 12 months you haven't made a purchase, we will send you an email to let you know your points are about to expire.

Online Rewards

If you’ve placed an online order with us, you will be automatically entered into our loyalty program. You will receive an email from us each time points are added to your account, and again when you've gained enough points to claim a reward.  Click through to complete your loyalty account.

You can view and claim your points, manage your notification, and account settings or opt-out by clicking the 'Loyalty' button on the bottom right side of the screen.

Press 'claim' on the reward you wish to use and use the code it produces in the Discount Code box on the payment page when you checkout. Your offer is available to be redeemed for 30 days once claimed.

In Store Rewards

To make sure in store purchases are logged against your account please give us your name at the counter before your purchase is completed. You can also create an account in store.

To claim your reward simply let us know your name at the counter in store and we'll check your account to see which rewards are available to claim. Your offer is available to be redeemed for 30 days once claimed.

You can view your points, sign up, update your notification settings or opt-out of our loyalty program by pressing the 'Loyalty' button on the bottom right side of the screen. Use the same email address you used when you placed your online order or signed up with in store. 

Terms and Conditions

  • Shipping costs are not eligible for points.
  • Dry- cleaning is not eligible for points.
  • Points are not eligible in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Rewards can be used for clothing and footwear only, this excludes gift cards, toys, books, and dry-cleaning.
  • Rewards cannot be applied to shipping costs.
  • The General Store reserves the right to modify or cancel reward vouchers at any time.
  • Reward vouchers can only be redeemed once. 
  • If you redeem your voucher in store or online for a purchase less than the full value of the voucher, the balance of the voucher is not redeemable on another purchase.
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a rewards voucher, the voucher discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
  • Any abuse of the loyalty program may result in your account being suspended
